Tenured Professor
Fullerton College,
Entrepreneurship, Business Management and Creativity
Hello and welcome, fellow fans of business, technology, and creativity!
I’m Professor Gary Graves, a tenured business faculty member at Fullerton College, a creative entrepreneur, artist, and lifelong learner passionate about helping others turn ideas into impact. Whether you're a student, fellow educator, or curious visitor, I’m glad you’re here.
My academic journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Marketing), an MBA in Marketing and Technology Management, and a Master of Arts in Modern Art History, Theory, and Criticism. This unique blend of business and the arts fuels both my teaching and my creative practice.
In 1996, I founded Graves Communications LLC, an agency focused on empowering small businesses, nonprofits, and creative entrepreneurs with branding, marketing materials, websites, and communication strategies that drive growth.
At Fullerton College, I teach:
This new course explores how AI tools are revolutionizing marketing, entrepreneurship, and business strategy—arming students with the skills to lead in a tech-driven economy.
Because everyone needs a good side-hustle, mine is glass and mixed-media art. You can explore my work at GravesGallery.com or shop my handmade pieces on Etsy at Graves Gallery Studio.
I’m also the author of two books:
I love connecting with students, creatives, and fellow innovators. Drop me a message, browse my work, or join me in the classroom—we’ve got a lot to explore together.
“Education, like entrepreneurship, is about seeing the world not just as it is—but as it could be.”
Should we know each other? I love making new friends and business associates. You can find me on a variety of social networks. Drop me a line or pop over to say Hey!
